  The worst company to trust for a vacation Rental in Orlando. First night we found strange bugs in one of the bedrooms bed, they were all over my mom and she'd had to change to another room, wash the sheets first because after seeing these bugs we had serious doubts of the cleanness in this house and effectively the cleaning was terrible, all around the place in floors, carpets, house was not well maintained at all. Next day we call the property manager and he sent inspection people that determined that these bugs that we are not so sure what they are not good and they we had to leave the house in 2 Hours and that pest control will go in. The company and property manager that is renting for this vacation rental in Orlando called Follow the sun vacations rentals simple said there are no other available homes in the area will just give your a refund, (that took 15 DAYS after insisting almost every day). So we had practically evacuate this house in few hours just after we woke up, imagine this with two little girls, my 60 year old mother and my wife, after traveling a long way to enjoy our vacations in Orlando. This in totally unacceptable we never had such a terrible experience nowhere, the people that manage these properties have no perception at all for customer care!! Rental websites should evaluate and control theses kind of properties that do not offer any safe and pleasant rentals for anyone. We expect some kind of reply for the responsible rental companies, Canada Stays was company that I payed to and they transferred me to this other company FOLLOW THE SUN RENTALS IN ORLANDO. Never book your vacacion in the mentioned companies, you will Regret it!
