  We booked a home 4 months prior to our stay, we specifically looked for a home with a jacuzzi and a pool for the kids as well for the adults after a long day at Disney World. The description says “ relax under this cover patio with a private pool accompanied by a jacuzzi”. Little does it mention that the pool and jacuzzi is $25 per day plus tax if you want it to be heated, we found this out about 3 weeks prior, they will Send you this information right after your cancellation policy is no longer valid, they also said I should rent it a day earlier so the pool and jacuzzi will have time to get warm... once checking in I find out that using the Barbecue is an additional $8 a day, the Home said it had internet, but the phone was cutoff so we had no internet and I spent 4 hours at a Starbucks working.... the home will come with 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet, no paper towels or convinces you typically find when renting a home so be prepared to go shopping, bring coffee filters as well. There are more warnings in the home of how they will charge you money if you do something wrong than a hotel. The beds have a pee pad on them so be prepared to allay in your own sweat at night. The home it self was nice, the home owners have taken care of them home but the property management IPG Florida is a complete mess and I would never deal with them again. Also it’s a 36 minute drive to Disney, not 15 minutes like stated.
